How Ella Magnussen landed a UN internship in New York

Ella Magnussen is a former college swimmer from Norway who recently graduated from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada. After four years of studying Resource & Environmental Management, she is now preparing for a four-month internship at the Permanent Mission of Norway to the UN in New York.
