“I am Co-founder and Managing Director of Keystone Sports Spain. I hold a Business degree from the University of Zaragoza and an Executive Master from IE Business School, and I later completed executive studies at Georgetown University to deepen my insight into U.S. higher education.
In 2004 I founded AGM Sports, which grew into Spain’s leading college-placement agency before becoming part of Keystone Sports in 2021. Over the past two decades I have helped more than 3,000 Spanish student-athletes secure NCAA and NAIA opportunities, negotiating upwards of $140 million in athletic, academic and international scholarships across 700+ universities.
A technophile at heart, I design and deploy CRM ecosystems—especially Zoho—to drive data-powered growth. My passion for American education is personal: both my children earned their degrees in the United States, completing the circle and granting them opportunities I once missed. ”

“I earned my Business degree from the University of Georgia and later completed my MBA at Florida International University. I had the opportunity of studying in the US thanks to tennis scholarships, living my best experiences as an athlete first at TCU and then winning NCAAs at UGA.
I lived in the U.S. for 12 years, and thanks to my college education and my background as an athlete, I worked for multinational companies in the financial industry for over a decade. That life-changing journey inspired me to co-found AGM Sports, which helped thousands of students follow a similar path. After leading AGM as CEO for over 20 years, I now serve as Head of Sales and Marketing at Keystone Sports Spain, where I continue to promote international education through sport.
I believe deeply in the power of the U.S. college system—not only for our student athletes, but also for my own children, who will begin their university journeys in 2026 and 2028. I’m proud to help others access the same life-changing opportunities that shaped my personal and professional future.”
