Our Showcase provides an excellent opportunity for talent evaluation. You can assess players from Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland in 11v11 matches and personally connect with those you’re interested in recruiting. The player pool spans a wide range, including top-tier Professional Academies, Premier League Reserve Team players, the highest and second-highest U19 national levels, and players from high senior levels in the Nordics.

After registering, Showcase Directors, Raby and Nicolay will contact you via email. An invoice for the fee (payable by credit/debit card) confirms your attendance.
Why the Fee? The cost to put on such an event is high in the Nordics. We are renting the best indoor facilities, have 25 CSUSA staff members part of arranging it, professionally filmed, good refs, transportation, negotiated deal with the Showcase-hotel, meals, and marketing to get players there. The biggest portion of the fee goes towards the direct costs. The rest helps fund the marketing needed to get the number of suitable players, our time for organizing and making the event happen.
*The prices above are based on staying at the “Showcase Hotel”. Please note, we have reserved a limited number of rooms at the Showcase Hotel because of availability. First come, first served principle applies. Prices at other hotels might be more expensive.
OPTIONAL COSTS
The Showcase will happen in one location with the hotel close by, so not many optional costs are required if getting the Full Showcase-package.
Transport to/from hotel to Oslo airport, Gardermoen (ca $15).
Public transport ticket into Lillestroem (ca $5). No need for a rental car!
If you want to eat outside of the meals that are part of the Full Showcase-package, the cost of dinner at a restaurant in Oslo will typically be around $30-$40 at regular restaurants, and of course quite a bit less at a fast-food restaurant.

Experience
Nordics graduate high school the year they turn 19 so the level of experience is generally high due to playing against older players with more experience than other competitive countries.
English knowledge
Compared to other countries where English is the 2nd language, Nordics generally have high-level English proficiency
Education system
The education system in the Nordics is very compatible with NCAA core class requirements and NAIA requirements and no problems meeting eligibility standards for most.
The Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, and Finnish high school systems are of high quality – with students generally getting high GPAs when coming to the US
Goverment support
Government support (loans and grants) are available in all Nordic countries for students wanting to study in the US
Level Variety
Our Showcase attracts high-end players but this is also an opportunity to get solid “squad players” for a smaller investment.
