Introducing the Class of 2024 Sports Scholarships Report
Mapping Key Trends in College Recruitment
We’re excited to share our latest Class of 2024 Sports Scholarships Report, where we dive deep into the trends and opportunities shaping college sports recruitment. At Keystone Sports, we’ve always been passionate about connecting talented student-athletes with the best opportunities to combine their education with sports, and this year’s report highlights the incredible journey of 1,215 athletes we’ve helped along the way.
What You'll Find in the Report
- A Record Year for Scholarships: We secured nearly $30 million in scholarships for our athletes, with an average coverage of 56.2% of university costs. For 135 student-athletes, we were able to land full-ride scholarships, covering everything from tuition to room and board. One standout scholarship even reached over $106,000 annually!
- Empowering Female Athletes: While the overall gender split this year was 64% men and 36% women, we’re thrilled that female athletes secured a higher proportion of full-ride scholarships, especially in sports like tennis and soccer. It’s a testament to the growing opportunities for women in college sports, and we’re proud to be part of that movement.
- Top Sports and Programs: Soccer remains a fan favorite, with more than half of our athletes pursuing this sport at the college level. Tennis and golf also featured prominently. We placed students in every major division, from NCAA Division I to NAIA, with NCAA Division II leading the way.
- Global Reach, Local Impact: Our athletes come from 48 different nationalities, and they’ve found homes at universities in 49 US states and Canada. States like New York, Florida, and California topped the list, thanks to their reputation for great programs and strong international appeal.
This report is more than just statistics—it’s a celebration of the student-athletes who have trusted us to guide them through one of the most important decisions of their lives. Each placement is a success story, and it’s incredibly rewarding for us to see these athletes thrive both on the field and in the classroom.
At Keystone Sports, we’re here to make sure talented athletes like you get the opportunities you deserve. The Class of 2024 is proof that with the right support, you can go further than you ever imagined.
